Encourage intermodality by offering securebike shelters close to stations, buses, streetcars, etc.? That’s what Pibrac station has decided to do, with the installation of no less than 48 bicycle parking spaces in two enclosed bike parks in Haute-Garonne (31).
These SQUARE + bike shelters offer their users a high degree of modularity. They don’t take up much space, yet thanks to the 2 double 2 Park Up bike racks installed inside, 48 people will be able to park their bikes there. As well as optimizing space, the bike racks allow users to park their bikes easily and securely using 3 fixing points. They fully comply with the requirements of the Dutch FIESTPARKEUR standard.
Our SQUARE + bike park, with its elegant, modern design, was created with a combination of 2 claddings: safety glass and a touch of horizontal wooden battens at the entrance. In addition, “bike park” and “bike shelter” signage stickers were applied, making it possible to personalize the bike shelter and facilitate visual communication by clearly indicating the function of both structures to users.
To facilitate access management, both bicycle parking stations have been equipped with our Diwio operating service. This service simplifies the management of the shelters, including subscription management, the customer relations center, furniture maintenance and much more.
In addition, a Deluxe repair station has been installed next to one of the bicycle parking areas. It provides cyclists with the tools they need to carry out basic repairs, with free access 24 hours a day. It includes a set of Hex wrenches, tire levers and screwdrivers, creating a complete and welcoming environment.
The equipment installed at Pibrac station is available fromUGAP and is eligible for the Alvéole + program , which allows you to obtain up to 50% subsidies to finance your bicycle parking facilities!
