A shelter to secure the bicycles of real estate company employees in Paris (75)

Abri Plus designed and installed acovered bicycle shelter in Paris (75), on behalf of its customer OPCI UIR 2056, specialized in real estate rentals.

The company is located in the Central Seine building in the twelfth arrondissement of Paris, in a privileged setting on the banks of the Seine.

Many employees were already using their bikes for their daily commute, but thanks to this new open bike room equipped with a double-deck 2 park up rack, the number of bikes available for parking will be doubled.

In fact, 40 bicycles on 2 levels will now be able to be accommodated in a raised bicycle shelter.

2 park up double bike racks are new-generation bike racks that are simple and intuitive to use for cyclists. The principle of holding the bike by the fork makes it very easy to get bikes on and off the 2nd floor.

They are also equipped with safety rings for reliable bike securing.

This double-decker bike rack system reduces floor space and optimizes the number of bikes parked in a small area.

Bikes with baby seats can also be parked easily under the shelter.

What’s more, if the company wishes to equip itself with a fleet of electrically-assisted bicycles, sockets to accommodate the VAE boxes can be added to recharge the bikes.
