A new collective bike shelter at a Norwegian school!

The Munkerud Skole in Olso, Norway, wanted to install an open bicycle shelter to facilitate bicycle parking within the school.

Abri Plus, through its long-standing Norwegian distributor Laud Produkter, designed and installed a contemporary 2-wheel shelter to match the very modern architecture of the school buildings.

For the Vernon model, our in-house design office has created an aerial, architectural V-shaped roof to protect bicycles from the elements.

The bilateral version of this shelter allows parking on 2 sides, thus facilitating the circulation and parking of bicycles within the facility.

What makes it special?

Thanks to its large dimensions (20 meters long and 5 meters wide), this open 2-wheel shelter can accommodate up to 80 bikes!
