WHERE TO PLACE MY 2-WHEELER SHELTER?

A well-used shelter is one that is well signposted, comfortable and close to access points.

Here are a few reminders to help you set up your shelter properly:

♦ Place it at a reasonable distance (< 50 meters ) from building accesses (entrance/exit).
♦ Check your available space, taking into account the clearance space needed for bikes/motorcycles.
♦ Should it be enclosed? Secure? If so, how many entrances?
♦ How many bikes/motorbikes do you want to park there?
♦ Do you have any particular layout constraints (sloping ground, curbs, manholes…)?

EVALUATE THE SIZE OF MY BIKE-MOTORCYCLE GARAGE:

Use the bike and motorcycle sizes below to estimate the size of your shelter.

Several solutions are available for arranging the bikes on different racks to optimize the space required.
