The Abri Plus design office created a special shelter for the Jeanne d’Arc school in Montrouge.
Based on itsVarennes bicycle shelter model, the Abri Plus teams created a large custom-built shelter (15 m long by 3 m wide) in 3 equal parts:
– a secure room,
– a shelter for scooters,
– a bicycle garage.
In Hauts-de-Seine (92), the secure wire-frame room is equipped with a side access door to enable staff to protect ping pong tables and other equipment.
The central part of the shelter has 3 supports for scooters and electric scooters , with a signpost to secure 30 scooters.
The open bike garage is equipped with bike racks to accommodate 12 two-wheelers.
So, to mark the start of the new school year, the school is upgrading its infrastructure with modern equipment to make it easier for students to get around on foot!
