Container shelters for the whole Agglo des Sables d’Olonne (85)

The Communauté d’Agglomération des Sables d’Olonne (85) wanted to replace the voluntary drop-off points for household waste , particularly for residents who were unable to have a wheeled bin at home.

The existing garbage canshelters in the town of Les Sables d’Olonne and the surrounding area were aging.

The garbage can covers therefore needed to be replaced by more aesthetically pleasing solutions, in line with the city’s waste sorting policy and also in keeping with the urban environment.

In response to a call for tenders, Abri Plus offered its expertise in the deployment ofoutdoor garbage can shelters.

Composit container shelters have been selected by the Vendée conurbation.

This model is discreet, sturdy and aesthetically ple asing, with its composite slat cladding.

Packaging bins (EMBs) allow packs to be fed in from the front.

These container shelters have also been personalized with stickers on the front toexplain the sorting process to residents and create a unique identity for the Les Sables conurbation.

Les Sables d’Olonne and its surrounding area now have 11 new garbage can shelters.
