As part of the participatory budget, residents of the city of Rennes (35) asked for their city to be equipped with self-service repair stations so that they could maintain their own bicycles.
The City of Rennes has approved the project, and 7 Deluxe repair stations and 13 outdoor stainless steel inflation stations have been installed, near metro stations and in busy public places.
In Ille-et-Vilaine (35), this equipment dedicated to cyclists has been designed so that 2 people can use it simultaneously.
What’s more, thanks to the maintenance arm and wheel chock, maintenance and inflation of the bike are extremely easy for the user.
The Deluxe repair station provides cyclists with a wide range of essential tools 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: allen keys, Torx T-25, tire levers, bottom bracket wrenches, screwdrivers…
The stainless steel pump is a bicycle inflation pump designed for outdoor use.
This new equipment will help the people of Rennes to ride in complete safety!
