Bicycle and travel shelters clad in wood at Étaples (62)

In Étaples, Pas-de-Calais (62), our bicycle and travel shelters are dressed up in wood!

As part of the development of the multimodal hub at Étaples – Le Touquet station, Abri Plus designed, manufactured and installed a range of shelters for different uses.

3 wooden Pescarabus shelters have been installed near the station to provide shelter for passengers. With a contemporary design combining wood and steel, these shelters blend perfectly into their urban environment. The Pescara shelter is one of our most robust and elegant top-of-the-range models.

Alongside these passenger shelters, a large secure bicycle shelter has been installed to encourage users to opt for intermodality.

The Square Plus model was chosen with wood cladding to form an aesthetic ensemble with the passenger shelters.

Two side awnings have been designed to accommodate additional bicycles with free access. 4 Neo terminals have been installed under the left awning. This allows users to park their bikes for a short journey and discover the range of secure bicycle parking facilities.
