A secure collective bicycle shelter for a residence in Bussy St Georges (77)

Abri Plus was asked to manufacture and install a bicycle shelter in the parking lot of a social housing complex in the Ile-de-France region, at Bussy Saint Georges (77) near Marne la Vallée.

This bike shelter, chosen for its contemporary design, is the Modul’Ere model in dimensions 4 meters by 4 meters, with a height of 2.20 meters.

The innovative design of the Modul’Ere bicycle shelter means that its structure can be fully adapted to the specific needs of all our customers.

In fact, the dimensions, cladding, roof shape and every component of the shelter can be customized ! You’ll have a covered bicycle garage with an aesthetic totally in keeping with the image of your company or municipality, and which also adapts to the environment in which you wish to install it.

For this project in Seine-et-Marne (77), the condominium association chose toclad the building with wire mesh frames. The color of the bike room is gray RAL 7016.

The galvanized steel door is equipped with a door closer, panic bar and cylinder lock.

Access to the bike room issecure: only building residents have the key to the bike shelter door.

For users, access management is a breeze, whatever the time of day!

The shelter has also been fitted with high and low bicycle racks, which can be used to attach up to 10 bicycles.

Families with children, young workers and all residents with bicycles can easily secure their 2-wheelers inside the shelter with their own padlocks.

This new secure bike shelter is a real service for residents, helping them to get around Bussy Saint Georges (77) every day!
