A collective bicycle garage equipped with photovoltaic panels was manufactured by Abriplus and installed on the forecourt of the SNCF railway station in Libourne (33).

This enclosed bicycle storage area will make it possible to secure bicycles and electric-assist bicycles near the station, while facilitating intermodality (use of the bicycle and then the train).

In collaboration with UGAP, the Communauté d’Agglomération de Libourne (CALI) has chosen the SQUARE PLUS bicycle and VAE shelter.

Its contemporary aesthetic and glass-and-wood cladding immediately appealed to the people in charge of the project.

This large-capacity bike shelter offers 36 secure bike parking spaces, including 6 spaces for electrically-assisted bicycles.

The premises have been fitted with PARK UP 2-level bicycle racks, which optimize the number of bicycle parking spaces, with bicycles parked on 2 levels.

The racks are fitted with safety rings and 6 bicycle spaces are equipped with VAE recharging sockets.

Large, personalized stickers on the glass walls communicate the use and operation of the enclosed bicycle shelter.

Equipped with a card reader, the secure bike shelter is accessible 24/7 with the Libourne city transport card.

Solar panels on the roof provide the bike shelter with a 100% autonomous power supply (no connections required).

Photovoltaic panels on the bike shelter power solar lighting, access control and VAE recharging sockets.
