A large secure bicycle locker at Lesneven bus station (29)

Users of the Lesneven bus station now have access to a large collective bike locker where they can park their bikes in complete safety! To encourage the combined use of bikes and buses, there’s nothing like creating a secure space dedicated to bike parking. Cyclists can now leave their bikes safely and securely before catching a bus from the nearby bus station.

We worked with the Communauté de Communes de Lesneven Côte des Légendes as part of a call for tenders to install several bicycle parking facilities, including this secure, self-supporting Nomad bicycle shelter at the Lesneven bus station (29).

With its double cladding of perforated sheet metal and wooden battens, it boasts a contemporary design that blends in perfectly with its surroundings. A small canopy over the door shelters users as they enter the bike locker.

Inside, 2 Park Up double-decker racks optimize the available floor space, allowing 20 bikes to be stored simultaneously in this bike locker. Two of these racks are equipped with VAE boxes for recharging electrically-assisted bicycles while parked. Easy to use and highly resistant, they offer the perfect compromise between durability and ergonomics.

Entry to thebike shelter is managed by Vigik access badges.
