A bicycle shelter for the Bordeaux Bagatelle health center (33)

Abri Plus manufactured and installed a secure bicycle shelter at the Maison de Santé Protestante de Bordeaux Bagatelle in Talence (33).

The model chosen by the foundation is our Modul’Ere bicycle shelter , 6.50 m long by 4 m wide and 2.60 m high.

Modul’Ere is a modular bike park with a resolutely contemporary design.

In fact, its dimensions can be adapted to the number of bicycles that need to be parked inside the shelter.

The Modul’Ere bike shelter is available in a wide variety of finishes: glass, wood, mesh, railing or a combination of these materials.

For this bicycle facility, the MSPB chose a double cladding of securit glass, covered with a cladding of hot-dip galvanized and painted steel bar frames.

High and low bike racks have been installed inside the shelter to secure 20 bikes.

This type of bike rack optimizes the parking of two-wheeled vehicles in a confined space, by alternating bikes in high and low positions.

For total personalization of the bike shelter, and to make it clearly visible from the outside, custom-made adhesives were added to the door and around the perimeter of the shelter.

Our shelters can also be accessorized with various options: shelter access management system, lighting, socket for recharging electric-assist bicycles…

In Gironde (33), this collective bicycle locker will promote multimodality and active travel for employees, who will be able to easily use several different means of transport on their daily commute.

This secure outdoor bike room now enables cyclists to reach Bordeaux Saint Jean station quickly by bike (in around ten minutes).
