2 smoking areas for DPD France employees

Abri Plus has created two outdoor smoking areas for the DPD France transport group, at its site in Le Coudray Montceaux (91) near Evry.

This smoking area was designed with the help of an urban planning architect.

The architectural firm Carton Architectures, in charge of the project, chose our steel version of the Bois de Céné smoking area.

The smoking shelters installed on the company’s site measure 4 by 2.50 meters.

Thanks to their contemporary design, the smoking areas blend in perfectly with the buildings and green spaces on the site.

In Essone (91), these smoking rooms are designed for the comfort of employees, protecting them from the elements during their cigarette break.

In fact, in addition to the safety glass roof and sides, 2-metre facade returns perfectly protect smokers from wind and rain.

The “Smoking area” sign on the side panels makes it easy to be identified by shelter users and other employees.

A wide range of‘accessories are also available to optimize smokers’ comfort.

These new smoking areas can be accessorized with seating (benches, sit-stand) and equipped with ashtrays to keep the area around buildings clean.

The outdoor smoking areas manufactured by Abri Plus enable public bodies, local authorities and businesses to create specific areas for smokers outside their premises.
