We are currently looking for a Sedentary Sales Representative for Export customers (Europe) to join our team based at our head office in Saint Philbert de Grand Lieu.

Your working environment :

  • You will be part of a young, cheerful and dynamic sales team of 15 people.
  • Your activity will be sedentary, although you may need to travel around Europe to meet with key customers or prospects.
  • Your working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • You work in an open-space environment, which means you can communicate effectively with your colleagues without missing a joke.
  • After a period of in-house training, you’ll be autonomous in managing the tasks assigned to you.


Your tasks :

You will be responsible for advising and selling our products to a portfolio of export customers (all of Europe): you will propose existing, new or customized solutions that will enable you to develop your portfolio’s sales.

The sale of our products is a consultative process, which requires a thorough understanding of your customer’s functional needs to guide them towards the product best suited to their requirements.

Our sales approach also requires an understanding of the technical and logistical constraints involved in installing our products (shelters).

  • Inbound request management:
    • Respond to all incoming requests from prospects and customers (calls, emails, online forms)
    • Qualify requests, promote Group products and services (bike parking systems, shelters, digital solutions)
    • Draw up personalized quotations and follow them through to order placement
    • Gather all information required for shipment and assembly of products on the customer’s premises
    • Organize after-sales service if necessary
  • Sales development:
    • Identify additional sales opportunities based on incoming requests
    • Feed and update the prospect database (CRM)
    • Prospecting for new customers in Europe
  • Monitoring and reporting:
    • Monitor sales performance within its perimeter.
    • Identify trends and report specific market needs to the Export Marketing Manager and General Management

Profile / Your assets :

  • 2/3 years of higher education in international trade or equivalent
  • Experience: First successful experience in BtoB export sales or export customer management
  • Languages: fluent French, Spanish and English (essential), other European languages such as German (an asset)
  • Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of customer service, autonomy and organizational rigor.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in office automation and CRM tools
