Moreover, the passenger canopy clearly defines the space dedicated to waiting for public transport. It also provides protection from the elements, especially from rain.

They provide excellent protection against the elements: rain, snow, wind, and ensure that the paint adheres properly, preventing discoloration from UV rays. They are also easy to maintain and can be simply cleaned with water.

To choose the right size for a passenger canopy, several factors should be considered: the number of people using the bus stop, the frequency of use, and the number of buses served by the stop. In most cases (bus shelter, school bus shelter…), a standard-sized canopy will be sufficient to shelter the passengers.
