Individual and collective bike lockers

A bike locker is a closed structure designed to securely hold two bicycles. Made of galvanized steel and painted with UV-resistant polyester paint, these bike boxes take up an extremely small footprint. Reliable and very robust, the bike is secured by the user inside, with an additional layer of security on the doors. Due to its features, bike lockers can be placed anywhere, even in tight or isolated spaces, making them perfect for short or long-term bike parking. There are two versions of the bike locker: one for all types of bicycles and another specifically designed for cargo bikes.

There are two bike locker models: the first, called Vél’Box, accommodates 2 bikes, with a length of 1.96 m, a width of 1.80 m, and a height of only 1.44 m. The second locker, designed specifically for cargo bikes, is slightly larger with sliding doors, measuring 2.40 m in length, 2.00 m in width, and a height of 1.45 m.

For these models of individual bike lockers, there are several finishes available. As with all bike shelters, these bike boxes are painted in RAL color shades. Then, several options are available, including solid sheet metal, cut or perforated sheet metal, or even expanded metal. The doors are finished with a mesh design. These bike boxes are also designed to accommodate a large surface for signage, either to communicate information about the provider or service, or to apply an instruction manual or user guide on the doors.

It is important to communicate instructions and provide signage on the bike shelter for two essential reasons:

• On the side surfaces, the signage will immediately identify to users the nature of the service and the provider.

• On the doors, an adhesive surface has been provided to indicate, among other things, the terms of use of the shelter or the instructions.

To create signage for a bike parking locker, simply use our templates provided upon request with the exact dimensions, and insert your chosen visuals or text. However, it is highly recommended to create files in vector format suitable for large formats (to ensure that visuals and text do not become pixelated).

In the same way as any open or closed outdoor bike shelter, it is preferable that the surface receiving the shelter be a hard surface, either paved or concrete. However, it is possible to equip the shelter with galvanized steel plates for installation on an unprepared surface.

For the delivery only of a bike lockers, the lead time is 6 weeks. The timeline can extend up to 8 weeks if installation is included.
