Drive-thru shelters

Cash shelters are designed to protect users and machines from the elements during their use. They can therefore shelter automatic checkout machines, parking meters, ticket dispensers, cash dispensers… or even bread dispensers! Cash shelters are typically installed in parking lots.

The cash shelter or payment terminal shelter must be sized based on the cash register, parking meter, or dispenser it shelters. The size of the shelter should also take into account the space occupied by users during their payment and/or while waiting. The cash shelter can therefore be designed to provide just enough space for the payment terminal and one user, or be sized to shelter multiple people during their wait.
